Bionic

I have been really into christina aguilera's latest album 'Bionic'' for quite some times álready cos it's a pretty interesting listen. Every song is so different and unique and you can see the shadow of the artist who co-wrote the song. Very distinctive styles there. Like for e.g. 'Elastic love is very M.I.A- ish, monotonous chanting. 'Desnudate' is a hooking song, very Christina's style,sensual with breathy chantings. This song is co-written by Tricky Steward who produced many hit songs. The tracks 'love and glamour'and 'glam'' is too cliche and she seem to be trying too hard to come up with cool phrases. ''Prima Donna'' is annoying and noisy, same with 'not myself tonight', very classless. 'My girls' is pretty cute, co-written by Le Tigre feat Peaches. Then there is the usual Linda Perry. 'Vanity'and Í hate boys'' is just plain annoying. ''Monday morning'' is one of my newer fav, written by the lead singer of The Bravery. I like their Án Honest Mistake'. Nice and interesting song there. Must listen! Some tracks were written by Sia Furler, like ''All I need '', ''I am'' and ''You lost me'' all i love!!! And yea Sia Furler has become one of my fav artist! She got some really awesome song. I think she got Graves disease tho. Aha n the song 'Birds of Prey'' and ''Little Dreamer'' written by LADYTRON!!!!!!! I love LADYTRON! they r so awesome. this 2 song is Great too! Sometimes I listen to some song and i wonder why some people are so genius in making such wonderful songs. ''Bobblehead'' at first seems annoying but it's actually a cute song. haha.

Overall, this album is good. Tho people say it's too messy and does not surround a central theme. Well, but i'm happy with enjoying the tracks indiividually. I know some people like to listen to the entire album as one whole entity . haha. I do agree there's too much shadow of other artists but sometimes when you put another person's voice into a particuar different style of music, it becomes a refreshing listen .
