ankle injury

BOOO!!! While doing exercise just now, i fell on my inverted right foot which is the same spot i sprained 3 yrs bk. Bt it wasn't as excruciating as the last one. this one is ok.. but den i'm afraid this ankle sprain wld come bk to haunt me for the rest of my life. Luckily, I still can walk. OR else how to take the EPA prac exam next wk!!! Sigh.
