halloweenn
Happy halloween!!! I'm stuck at home researching on the homework sheik gave us =(. ok at least there's music to keep me company! I find that i dun understand alot of shoulder stuffs, especially the biomechanics. Everything's just more complicated with the scapula involved .haish. I feel like the school din really teach us biomechanics of shoulder or were we supposed to do that at our own time? i dunno. Over at Melbourne, they learnt anatomy and physiology for 2 years. For us, it's just all jam-packed. I didn't learn my anatomy well and i regret it. =/ haish. And i feel that biomechanics is like damn important for physiotherapist but unfortunately we were not grounded with all those knowledge. Damn physiotherapy should be a 5 year course! Not that i want to be stuck at NYP for 5 yrs la. But considering the shitload amount of knowledge we require, I tink 5 years is really needed to assimilate all these skills. It's just such a knowledge-intensive course. Sigh

pre-sch blues
i'm so emo like right now, cos tomoro morning gotta wake up at like 6plus for 1st day of sch. =( I've been like sleeping at 4-5am during the holidays and so i dunno how i'm gonna be able to force myself to sleep early =/ zzz. My timetable seem quite ok this sem (I was expecting sth worst) budden it still makes me feel dreadful esp those continuous 4 hrs lecture etc make me want to faint la. n den i tink of practicals and exams.. even worst.. i tink i got phobia of studying man, like seriously. I dread those kind of stressful exam days bcos i've always been v last minute kinda person. I dun prioritize stufs and i play before i finish my work. i know that's very very bad haish.. holidays are waaay tooo short for a sem break lor.. it shld have been longer! haish.. n when sch start i can no longer game as much as i want. sigh.. LIFE SUCKS BIG TIME. Damn =(

Another song that I'm absolutely in lov with is 'Mad World', both Aiden Grimshaw's and Adam Lambert's version. Lambert made the song very dark and thrilling. Aiden Grimshaw's version is goddamn intense! His trembling voice and mad-looking angst-filled eyes. He looks like he's having some kind of inner struggle, hiding something dangerous inside of him, like he's trying to supress and trembling because he couldn't hold it in him anymore. woah.. tt was really one breath-taking performance..

i went to the salon then to the doc
Today I went to the salon near my house to dye my hair. This auntie told me it's 50bucks and i was like 'wow that's cheap!'. But den turns out she's a total cheater la. She put the colour on and stuffs she din even use those steamer to set the hair etc. worst part was when she was washing off the dyes etc she said '小妹你要做那个colorsilva (or watever shit it is called) 的东西吗 因为如果你不要做那个颜色会留在你的头皮会刺刺的，阻塞毛孔. She still have the face to tell me it's only 15 bucks. I was like walao u shld have told me from the start wat. just tell me its 65 bucks at the start lor. She say until liddat of cos u will want to do this stupid thing rite? -.- ZZZzzzZ cunning sia!! N this fanciful sounding procedure is just she put some conditioner thingy on my hair then walk out and came back to me then wash it off and it cost me additional 15bucks! wth lor. SHEESH
Then after tht went to see doctor cos the bump on my lip is gross looking and painful with pus oozing out. Doc say it's a coldsore caused by a Herpes Simplex Virus. I got it like right after the beach outing with classmate. Could be the sun (exposure to UV rays) or cld be the sharing of saliva i guess. hmm. Pharmacist say it takes about 14 days for it to heal but the process can be accelerated by the application of some cream. Haish n this kinda virrus is recurrent throughout your life, though the latent period between each attack is quite long. Think i got it before in JC or sec sch b4. cant rmb tho.
On a DARKER note, school is starting this coming MON. I'm so FRIGGIN DEPRESSED. ARGHHHHHHH hate studying ttm.

Bionic
I have been really into christina aguilera's latest album 'Bionic'' for quite some times álready cos it's a pretty interesting listen. Every song is so different and unique and you can see the shadow of the artist who co-wrote the song. Very distinctive styles there. Like for e.g. 'Elastic love is very M.I.A- ish, monotonous chanting. 'Desnudate' is a hooking song, very Christina's style,sensual with breathy chantings. This song is co-written by Tricky Steward who produced many hit songs. The tracks 'love and glamour'and 'glam'' is too cliche and she seem to be trying too hard to come up with cool phrases. ''Prima Donna'' is annoying and noisy, same with 'not myself tonight', very classless. 'My girls' is pretty cute, co-written by Le Tigre feat Peaches. Then there is the usual Linda Perry. 'Vanity'and Í hate boys'' is just plain annoying. ''Monday morning'' is one of my newer fav, written by the lead singer of The Bravery. I like their Án Honest Mistake'. Nice and interesting song there. Must listen! Some tracks were written by Sia Furler, like ''All I need '', ''I am'' and ''You lost me'' all i love!!! And yea Sia Furler has become one of my fav artist! She got some really awesome song. I think she got Graves disease tho. Aha n the song 'Birds of Prey'' and ''Little Dreamer'' written by LADYTRON!!!!!!! I love LADYTRON! they r so awesome. this 2 song is Great too! Sometimes I listen to some song and i wonder why some people are so genius in making such wonderful songs. ''Bobblehead'' at first seems annoying but it's actually a cute song. haha.

pamper ur ears
Today went to causeway point after school for belated birthday celebration for with fellow Pangsehs. Budden sadly some couldn't make it cos too busy. =( miss em girls!
Anyway went to this FREAKING AWESOME shop where they sell all sorts of audio accessories and the COOL thing is they allow you to try out the earbuds! I was totally excited! You know what? I tried like alot of earpiece I told this dude i wanted a earbud mainly for electronic music so he asked me so i go for bassy stuffs. I told him err kinda. And then he went on to introduce me to all those Dj headphones blah blah. But i told him i wanted a earbud so he suggested i try out DENON. Cos they are famous for their bass. And it's like awesome la. The first model he gave me the earbud was lke ultra comfy can! sound is pretty good too. AH-C360. like seriously it's mega comfy lor the material and the fitting. super duper light oso going at $79. Well budden i asked him for any other DENON headphones on promotion so he whipped out this DENON AH-C551. Originally priced at bout $109. But he damn awesome he gave me the promo price of 69 even tho i dun have HWZ membership as he decided to ''close one eye''. Haha awesome dude! Love him!!! =D

The design is OMFG-ly awesome! super duper chio! the sound quality is okbt i tink its cos my songs are in fact of poor quality la, not the earphone problem haha. I tried also the most high-end Ultimate Ear Triple Fi also. Wa that one is like really damn power.. u must try it man.

Fantastic song 'Love kills' originally written by Giogior moroder for the movie: Metropolis - a 1927 German silent film. Freddie Mercury then sang it. And the most recent cover for it i guess is Little Boot's. Both are good in my opinion. Different style but equally endearing in their own ways.
Fantastic song. I love Freddie's emotion in Queen's version and Little Boot's synthesizers and stuffs in her version. Should listen to little boots' version in HD. Listening to electronic music HD is simply pleasure to the ears. If i've got money i 'll invest in a fantastic audiophilic earphone with all those high end gadgets. hmmm...

sometimes life sucks
Sigh.. this sure is one hella hectic sem! Thanks to YOG... all our exams kena pushed up to wk 16. So in about 2 wks time, it wld be finals. Our syllabus is just MAD. There's too much to study. Now i've come to appreciate just wat a knowledge-intensive being a physiotherapist is. Take for example this coming tuesday's CP. It's damn zzz.. nidda memorise all the medicines and all the side effects, all the disease, treatment technique... blood chemistry.. and blah blah blah. I cnnt even do a proper positioning, percussion or vibration lor.. zzz. and hor my auscultation skill is like damn bad. smtimes i dun even noe if i have located the correct lobe of the lungs lor.. then yesterday neurophysio prac was sucky too.. got safety issues.. bt luckily bernadine say she passed me cos i corrected myself upon promptings. And then MS got so many conditions to noe.. so many treatment methods. Anatomy is coming bk to haunt me! My foundation is really weak lor. v jialat. wonder how i wld transform into a real physio in like 2 yrs lor. so much to learn. so much skills to acquire. And we had to be bugged down by useless modules like Stats and Research methods and 3 v stupid projects. -.- zzz. this yr's bdae wld be horrible. cos nxt day is the nightmare paper. tink can just forgo it alrdy lor. =(

ankle injury
BOOO!!! While doing exercise just now, i fell on my inverted right foot which is the same spot i sprained 3 yrs bk. Bt it wasn't as excruciating as the last one. this one is ok.. but den i'm afraid this ankle sprain wld come bk to haunt me for the rest of my life. Luckily, I still can walk. OR else how to take the EPA prac exam next wk!!! Sigh.

Iphone OS 4 fiasco
Goodness gracious! I'm such an idiot!
I was too enthusiastic to get iphone OS4 and i forgot, for a mo, that I was running on a jail-broken ipod touch. lols and now... cydia and installous is GONE. n all my cracked games... GONE too! zzz. and the other problem i had was tt all my pictures in the ipod cannot be viewed properly. All of them are all blurred up. What's wrong man. zzzz. now solution is to downgrade the firmware.. hopefully i can somehow.. =(

pwntune gone wrong.....
itunes suck la. always hang and damn bloody slow. wtheck. N now dunno whhy my songs from ipod like alot gone lei. from 1000+ to 300+ now! BOO! dunno whether it's cos i go and dl the stupid pwntunes then it cocked up the system sia. ZzzzZ.
Hmm on sunday actually wanted to go IT fair to get 2 things: Ultimate ears earbuds and X-mini max 2. Budden didn't go in the end cos i was too lazy. And i tink of squeezing with pple i want to faint already. lol. I'm so not contented la. I got ipod alrdy now i wan an iphone 4. I just got a Boss in-ear bud and now I want to get Ultimate ears one. And smore i got one audio-technica headphone already. But i guess i'm an audiophile. I like good headphones with fantastic sounds cos i like to listen to details in a song. haha. If only i had an income, i would buy a fantastic headphone, sound system... shiok.... wahahaha
